The building name is only the start. Confirm the details that control fit, safety and duplication.

Buy, coordinate or wait
Place each possible purchase in one lane before money leaves the account.
- Buy before arrivalPersonal bedding, required health items and a small first-night kit with dimensions already confirmed.
- Coordinate firstShared cleaning supplies, kettle, television, rug, fan and any large item only one roommate needs.

Use the first seventy-two hours as a test
Unpack sleep, hygiene, medication, charging and one study surface first. Notice where daily objects naturally land before installing an organizer for them.
Keep return packaging and receipts until both roommates can move through the room, reach their storage and use the outlets safely. A return is a successful decision when the room proves the item unnecessary.
When the assignment is incomplete
If the portal omits furniture or policy details, contact housing with the building and room type, then ask for the official inventory or handbook. A social-media room tour can show scale, but it cannot approve an appliance or guarantee the same layout.
